Government requirements for Water Loss Management
Recently, the Queensland Government has decided to amend the Water Act 2000 to require local governments and water authorities to prepare System Leakage Management Plans (SLMPSs).
With this underway, there is urgency for water managers to gather information and tools in order to implement this requirement.
To assist Australian Water Businesses in implementing leak detection, Wide Bay Water Corporation has produced a series of ten water loss manuals and a number of software programs that allow water managers to analyse their systems and identify the types of water loss programs they should be implementing.
The detailed brochure is available for you to download.
